Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Habbitio (the “Website” or “Service”), accessible at https://habbitio.online, operated by Blaxk Association (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using Habbitio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Habbitio is a digital habit-tracking web application that allows users to track daily, weekly, and monthly habits and view related insights.
- The Service is provided entirely online.
- No physical goods are sold.
2. Eligibility
- There is no age limit to use this Service.
- You must have a valid Google account to sign in.
- One user account is permitted per individual.
3. User Accounts
- Authentication is handled via Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free Plan (Freemium Access)
New users are automatically placed on the Free Plan upon registration. The Free Plan allows limited access to Habbitio features, including:
- Tracking up to 3 daily habits
- 1 countdown tracker
- Basic weekly and monthly tasks
- Habit streak tracking
Certain advanced features and extended capabilities remain locked and are only available through an active Premium subscription.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Payment Providers & Pricing
Payments for Premium subscriptions are processed securely through:
- Razorpay (for users in India)
- Stripe (for international users)
Premium subscription pricing currently includes:
- ₹49 INR per month (India)
- $4 USD per month (International)
Additional plans may include Yearly subscriptions depending on availability. All payments are processed in the respective supported currency through the payment provider. Premium subscriptions are available as Monthly and Yearly plans, providing access to all available Premium features for the duration of the purchased period.
All payments made on Habbitio are final and non-refundable.
6. Sponsored Content
Habbitio may display sponsored cards within the application.
- Sponsored content is clearly labeled.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or claims made by third-party sponsors.
- Interactions with sponsored content occur at the user's own discretion.
7. Data Collection & Usage
We collect limited account information including: Name, Email address, Profile image, and Basic usage data.
Privacy Commitment
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not share private habit data or journal entries.
- No personal user data is shared with sponsors.
- Aggregated or anonymous analytics may be used to improve the Service.
Legal Disclaimers & Policies
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design elements, and software related to Habbitio are the property of Blaxk Association. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or reproduction of the platform is prohibited.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to Habbitio. However, the Service may occasionally undergo maintenance or updates which could temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Habbitio is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted performance. We are not responsible for:
- Loss of habit data due to user actions
- Decisions made based on insights provided by the Service
- Temporary service interruptions
Users use the Service at their own discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.
15. Account Misuse & Fair Usage
Users agree not to misuse the Service in ways that could harm Habbitio, its infrastructure, or other users. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to bypass subscription limitations
- Creating multiple accounts to avoid Free Plan limits
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the Service
- Reverse engineering or interfering with the functionality of the platform
- Restrict access to the Service
- Suspend or terminate the user account
- Remove access to Premium features without refund
16. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
All payments made for Premium subscriptions are final and subject to the No Refund Policy stated in these Terms.
If a user initiates a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider (including Stripe or Razorpay), we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate the associated user account
- Revoke access to Premium features
- Restrict future access to the Service
