Habbitio is a digital habit-tracking web application that allows users to track daily, weekly, and monthly habits and view related insights.
- The Service is provided entirely online.
- No physical goods are sold.
2. Eligibility
- There is no age limit to use this Service.
- You must have a valid Google account to sign in.
- One user account is permitted per individual.
By using Habbitio, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
- Authentication is handled via Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free Plan
- New users are automatically placed on the Free Plan upon registration.
- The Free Plan imposes a strict tracking limit of 3 daily habits.
- Tracking additional habits requires an active, paid Premium subscription.
Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Subscription Plans
- Secure payments via Razorpay
- Billing in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Monthly & 6-month plans available
- No auto-renewal (Manual specific)
Please note that all payments made on Habbitio are final and non-refundable.
7. Sponsored Content
Habbitio may display sponsored cards within the application.
- Sponsored content is clearly labeled.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy or claims of third-party sponsors.
- Interaction with sponsored content is at your discretion.
8. Data Collection & Usage
We collect only necessary data: Name, Email, Profile Image, and Usage Data.
Data Privacy Promise
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not share private habit details or journals.
- No personal data is shared with sponsors.
Legal Disclaimers
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and functionality are the exclusive property of Blaxk Association. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Service Availability
We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee it.
- Maintenance may occur without notice.
- We are not liable for downtime or data unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
Habbitio is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any indirect damages, data loss, or decisions made based on your usage of the tracker.
